With hundreds of photos and videos from the 2017 Team EVEPC season, it's always a difficult task making the year book selections that represent everything we do as a team; the races, rides, early morning training sessions, travel, and time spent together working hard and having fun. ✨Thank you for sharing in our exploits this season and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2018.

Enjoy !

EVEPC IN ACTION

Coach David from CIS catches up with me working with EVEPC Pilot - Sarena R. riding some tempo in the park. Prospect Park Brooklyn is where we race and ride for most of the summer months. It is a closed-to-car traffic, 3.4 mile loop, with dedicated run and cycling lanes. Enjoy taking a lap with us !

timelapse fun

A three week project building my bike from scratch. I had it custom painted in team livery EVEPC colors and logos. Actual time/footage building the bike was about 12 elapsed hours and the video was edited and playback speed accelerated by 4000% = about 6 mins. Perfection takes time !! ;)

EVEPC Video diary - sag support training camp

Since 2016 I have worked with fellow NYC cycling coach David Lipscomb supporting his annual CIS Tour of VA Cycling Training Camp. In 2017 I took some footage documenting some of the action, beautiful terrain, and landscape from the days of riding. Enjoy !

***For an in depth account of this camp, head over to the soundcloud podcast interview and find out what it takes to support a tour like this from a performance coach perspective. Click on this link below to jump across to it !
